The best in the business!
After years of battling chronic sciatica, trying pain meds, and even undergoing two epidural injections with no relief, I finally found Lydia and her incredible team at Serenity Med Spa. Just a couple of lymphatic and laser treatments later, I haven't touched pain medication or muscle relaxers for over a month. They're truly the best — not just locally, but in all of Florida.
Great customer service and care
I had a tummy tuck and by day three I was so swollen and full of fluid that I needed relief. I contacted Lydia for an appointment and she got me in the next day. Her energy and professionalism is the best I've experienced in quite some time. You can tell that she loves what she does. If you're second guessing a lymphatic massage, don't — she will make you feel so much better and give you the relief that you need.
First timer; love it
First time ever getting a massage, and I began after my liposuction surgery. Very lovely space, clean, and comfortable. Would recommend! Kind massage therapist as well.
Absolutely amazing massage and high quality care
I am very thankful to have gotten a massage at Serenity. Lidia provides great massage care! All the stress I had vanished, and my full body feels brand new. Definitely will go back again.
