What happens during a facial at Serenity?
Your provider reviews your skin and concerns first. Depending on the facial and your skin that day, the treatment may include cleansing and steam, exfoliation, extractions when appropriate, a masque or peel, and facial massage, finishing with protection for your skin.
Is there downtime after a facial?
Most facials have no downtime. Treatments like microneedling can leave the skin pink for a short period; your provider will explain what to expect and how to care for your skin afterward.
Can I have a facial before an event?
Yes, and a hydrating facial is a good option close to an event. If you want a more active treatment, book it further ahead so your skin has time to settle.
Why do your facials use Environ?
Environ is a vitamin A–focused, medical-grade line. Several of our facials pair targeted treatment with an Environ penetrant-enhancing masque, and your provider can recommend products to continue the same approach at home.
Do you sell the products used in treatment?
Yes. We are a licensed Environ stockist, so you can continue your treatment at home with the same medical-grade line.
