How it works
Skin is cleansed thoroughly, then exfoliated and softened so that blockages sitting near the surface can be released. Extractions are performed only where they can be done safely. The treatment finishes with products chosen to settle the skin instead of drying it out, because a stripped barrier tends to make congestion worse.

Will an acne facial clear my breakouts?
A facial is cosmetic care for congested skin, not a treatment for acne as a medical condition. It can help with cleansing, congestion and the look of the skin, but persistent or severe acne should be assessed by a dermatologist or physician.
Are extractions included?
Where appropriate. Your provider decides what can be extracted safely on the day and leaves anything that is inflamed or too deep alone, because forcing it does more harm than good.
Is my skin going to look worse before it looks better?
Skin can be slightly pink after cleansing and extractions, and congestion that was already forming may surface. Your provider will tell you what to expect for your skin rather than give a blanket answer.
How often should I come in?
Congested skin usually responds better to a regular rhythm than to one intensive visit. Your provider will suggest a schedule based on how your skin responds, along with home care to support it.
